Sonder Theatre Company is a not-for-profit dedicated to providing an inclusive, safe and collaborative creative space, for any person, regardless of professional background or experience, to explore storytelling through live theatre.
Our Vision
Sonder Theatre Company aspires to be a collective collaboration of artists providing opportunities for our community to explore live storytelling, educational outreach, champion new works and provide theatre training for youth and adults.
Core Values
Sonder Theatre Company believes that we need to examine who are considered “artists” and provide a space of artistic integrity to anyone, regardless of background or experience, so they may have the opportunity to build community through storytelling. We believe theatre is therapy, and through the process of introspection and shared experiences within our ensemble and audience, we can create a culture within our community, which embraces dignity, empathy and integrity.
