I am absolutely delighted to be able to make my dream of being the artistic director of a theatre company a reality. I am excited to start this journey of building community and discovering new voices, who are willing to collaborate and dive into the process of creating and to engage in the practice of paying attention.

I have been a theatre teacher at a school for kids with leaning differences for almost 20 years. It is there that I am constantly reminded of the heart and soul from which this new theatre company was sparked…that EVERY person is an artist. Most people are simply not provided with enough opportunity or feel championed to pursue theatre. To be clear, this company is for ALL who wish to explore the art of storytelling, including professionals. I have been awed by the magic that is theatre, brought to tears with gratitude, having been witness to countless moments and memories working with hundreds and hundreds of students over the years. They continue to spark both joy and inspiration.

I have also been fortunate enough to work with many professional actors and adults, who have discovered, through our process together, that theatre is therapy for the mind, body, and soul. That is what this company hopes to infuse in our community, that both the artist and the audience can share a profound connection from which we can build opportunities, move with purpose through our work on stage, and ultimately feel inspiration and gratitude through telling great stories well.
