A Christmas Carol

Sonder Theatre Company’s

Dedication to Inclusive and Diverse Casting

  • Sonder Theatre Company strives to change the perception of who is considered an “artist”. We believe that creativity is not exclusive to those who try to make a living as an artist, and wish to provide a space for those who seek to nurture their creativity, regardless of prior experience or background, to explore community and self-expression. We embrace equity, diversity, and inclusivity, in all aspects of our casting. For productions where characteristics such as ethnicity, gender, and more are not specified for roles, we will actively pursue a cast that reflects the diverse backgrounds of our community. We welcome and encourage auditions from individuals of all races, ethnicities, nationalities, genders, gender identities, sexual orientations, ages, abilities, and body types.

  • Should you require any specific accommodations for your audition, please do not hesitate to contact us in advance through Auditions@SonderTheatreCompany.org. Alternatively, you can inform our audition monitors upon your arrival. We are committed to providing a supportive and accessible audition environment for everyone.
